We do offer discounts from our “Refer-A-Friend Program.” You get $5 for yourself for each success customer you bring in, as well as a gift if you refer five verified customers.
We understand the pain and struggle of having to return something in the mail. We made it easier by working with UPS directly and having a shipping slip that can be sent to you directly. It's the right fit for our customers. If the clothes don’t fit, you can always return them, but we cannot promise the same color in the other size due to our massive sales.
Your stylist will do everything possible to ensure you receive clothes that fit, taking into account what style and size you currently wear, your body shape, past purchases and returns, and photos of you if available.
However, if we get any picks wrong you can simply log in to your account via the website to contact us, as well as email or call us directly.
You will be charged right before we send out your order. It all depends when you sign up and purchased your subscription.
We currently don’t carry shoes, but your stylist would be happy to make recommendations!
Depending on your shipping address, you may be charged applicable state, county and city sales taxes on your shipments. You will see the estimated taxes for items you purchase before your credit or debit card is charged.
For each qualified member, you receive a $5 credit. That can be spent on a gift or cashed out at the end of each month. There is no limit. To know more, check out our Terms and Conditions.
Of course! We rigorously train every one of our stylists to ensure they’re able to work with as wide of a range of clients as possible, but sometimes it may not be the right match. Just email us at [email protected] if you need a change and we’ll switch you to another stylist whom we think may work better with you.
